Nike Air Huarache OG "Escape"

The Nike Air Huarache OG “Escape” is a modern re-release of the outdoors-inspired design that debuted back in 2003. Brought back by Nike for the Air Huarache’s 30th anniversary in 2021, the April 2021 rendition of the “Escape” is a true one-to-one remake of the original colorway that graced sneaker store shelves in the early-aughts. Design wise, the “Escape” displays tan and Bisque-colored nubuck overlays on the toe and upper. The model’s signature neoprene base is cast in Storm Grey. The plastic heel counter is finished off in black. Additional details include a black “Air Huarache” logo on the tongue, tonal “Nike” branding on the semi-translucent heel counter, and embossed “Air” detailing on the back of the white foam midsole. A black rubber outsole completes the look. Release date: April 16, 2021.
